Soya Tikka Ingredients 200 g Soya chunks 2 small onions (cubed) 1 green capsicum (cubed) 1 cup hung curd 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala to taste salt 1 tea 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Tandoori Masala 3 tsp (to saute)
How to make Soya Tikka
1. First, you need to boil the soya chunks for at least 5-6 minutes. Once they are done, drain all the water from them. Keep aside.
2. The next step is to marinate these soya chunks. For the marinade, take a small mixing bowl,
3.add red chili powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, and a little yogurt and coat well. A few minutes.
4. Take a wooden skewer, add two soy chunks and then one cube of onion, then add two soy chunks and one cube of capsicum. Repeat this.
5. Heat oil in a grill pan, place the skewers and let the soya pieces cook. Make sure you cook it well on all sides.
