Potato and Egg Salad Ingredients 1000g Potatoes 350g 

Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped 250g Mayonnaise 100g 

Gherkins Chopped 20g 

Salt 10g 

Black Pepper 20g 

Parsley Chopped 20g Chive Baton. 


How to make Potato and Egg Salad

1. Cut and boil some potatoes, now remove the skin completely. 

2. Cut boiled eggs, gherkins, parsley and chive batons. 

3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the mayo and then coat the mixture evenly. For sliced potatoes.

4. Serve and enjoy!
