How to Make an All-American Carrot Cake

All American Carrot Cake Ingredients 

140g brown sugar 

140ml refined oil 

500g quark cheese 

250g icing sugar 

60g white butter 

250g carrots 

150g walnuts 

170g pineapple 

3 eggs 

11g cinnamon powder 

12g chickpea powder 

12g chutney powder 

10 grams of baking powder 

10 grams of baking soda 

Salt to taste 

230 grams of mascarpone cheese

How to Make an All-American Carrot Cake

1. Mix together finely chopped carrot, refined oil, caster sugar and brown sugar. 

2. In another mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and eggs. 

3. Chopped walnuts and chopped pineapple. Keep aside. 

4. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and dip it in a baking dish. Let it bake for 45 minutes at 180C.

5. After baking leave it in the oven to rest for 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove the cake and place it in the freezer to cool. 

7. In another bowl, mix the quark cheese, mascarpone cheese, white butter and icing sugar and set aside. 

8. Place the carrot cake horizontally in the middle. Cut and fill. With quark cheese and icing sugar.
